1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under Indian law. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and consent.

2. Nature of services

We provide research and recommendations only. We do not execute trades on your behalf, hold custody of funds or securities, or act as a broker, distributor, or portfolio manager.

3. Subscription & payment

• All fees are payable in advance and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Services are activated only after consent verification and payment confirmation.
• Auto-renewal, where opted, may be cancelled by the Client at any time before the next billing cycle.

4. Use of research

• Research provided is for personal use of the named subscriber only and must not be redistributed, copied, or sold.
• The Client is solely responsible for execution of trades through their own broker.
• The Client is responsible for evaluating suitability of any recommendation in light of their personal circumstances.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the website; (b) misrepresent your identity; (c) use research to manipulate markets; (d) violate any applicable law or regulation.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, research, and software on this website is the intellectual property of KG Wealth. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Termination

KG Wealth may suspend or terminate services for breach of these terms, regulatory non-compliance, or non-payment. The Client may terminate per the Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

KG Wealth, its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Maximum aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant subscription period.

9. Indemnity

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KG Wealth from any claims arising due to misuse of services, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

11. Changes

KG Wealth reserves the right to amend these terms. Material changes will be notified via email to active subscribers.
