Grievance Redressal
A clear, time-bound process for raising concerns and getting them resolved.
Step 1 — Raise with us first
Email grievance@kgwealth.in with the subject line "Grievance — [Your Name]" and include:
- Your registered name, email, and mobile
- Subscription / order reference number
- Detailed description of the issue and supporting evidence
We will acknowledge within 1 business day and resolve within 21 calendar days.
Step 2 — Escalate to Compliance Officer
If unresolved at Step 1, escalate to:

Step 3 — SEBI SCORES
If still unresolved, lodge your complaint with SEBI through the SCORES portal at scores.sebi.gov.in. Mention our SEBI Registration: INH000014182.
Step 4 — Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
Investors may also avail SEBI's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism via smartodr.in for time-bound resolution. ODR is available after exhausting Step 1 and 2.

Tracking & records
Every grievance is logged with a unique reference number, named responsible officer, status timestamps, and final resolution. You will receive status updates by email at each stage.
