Refund Policy

Khushal Growwealth Research Private Limited believes in transparent, client-first commercial terms. The following policy applies to all subscriptions paid for research services.

1. Pre-activation refunds

If your service has not yet been activated and you wish to cancel your subscription, you may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of payment. Refund will be processed to the original payment instrument within 7–10 business days.

2. Post-activation

Once a subscription has been activated and research has been delivered:

• Refunds are not provided for change of opinion regarding market direction, market volatility, or unrealized losses on recommendations.
• Pro-rata refunds may be considered, at the firm's discretion, in cases of (a) prolonged service unavailability attributable to KG Wealth, or (b) regulatory action requiring service termination.

3. Non-refundable scenarios

• Losses incurred from execution decisions made by the client.
• Subscriptions purchased during promotional or discounted offers (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
• Cases where the client breaches Terms & Conditions resulting in service termination.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@kgwealth.in with the subject "Refund Request" and include:

• Full name and registered email/mobile
• Date of payment & order/transaction reference
• Reason for refund

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. You will receive confirmation upon approval, and the refund will reflect in your original payment instrument within 7–10 business days thereafter.

5. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate to compliance@kgwealth.in and/or follow our Grievance Redressal process, including escalation to SEBI SCORES if unresolved.

6. Final provisions

KG Wealth reserves the right to amend this policy. Changes will be effective from the date of publication and will not retroactively affect refund requests already in process.
